Iolanthe - Reservations and Booking Policy

Reservations can be made by telephone, e-mail, fax, or using by using the Booking Form.

To make a booking we may require credit card details from you or a 10% deposit. This for security reasons only. Payment should be made by cheque or cash.

Once a room has been reserved in your name we will require you to pay for it unless you cancel within 14 days. In this case a full refund will be given.

If you cancel a booking 13 days or less before your arrival, we will require you to pay for your room unless we are able to re-let it, and in this case a full refund will be given. If you are obliged to cancel for reasons which are beyond your control such as illness or other conditions making travel impossible we will also give a full refund.

If you do have to cancel, please use the telephone as there is sometimes a delay in the arrival of e-mail

Time of Arrival

Guests are asked to arrive between 15.00 and 20.00h if at all possible. However if you want to arrive early due to an early flight, please telephone and you are welcome to come and leave your luggage and collect the keys. If however you want your room to be available early in the morning, then we ask for a payment of £25 for a double room and £15 for a single.

Departure Time Guests are asked to leave their rooms by 11.00h

Guests are reminded that they will not be permitted to smoke in the bedrooms
